The City Council of the City of Pilot Point, Texas has established the following rules and regulations for Allen Groff III Memorial Ball Park (Groff Park):

1. Hours of operation between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:30 PM.
2. Alcoholic beverage prohibited.
3. Tobacco use prohibited.
4. Bicycle, skateboards, roller-skated and all other modes of transportation, motorized and non-motorized prohibited.
5. Driving unauthorized vehicles prohibited.
6. Animals, including dogs are prohibited except animals trained to assist the handicapped.
7. Use permit/agreement required.
