  1. Request for Additional Toter
    Please fill out the form to request an additional toter be added to your Utility Service Account. This form must be completed by the primary on the utility account. Once the form has been received, your account will be updated and a service fee will be applied when applicable. Please allow 10 business days for your toter to be delivered. If the toter is not received please communicate with the Utility Billing Department ub@cityofpilotpoint.org
