The Administrative Services Department is responsible for the management of the City's customer's financial affairs. Our goal is to serve the customer with professionalism and to make new customer's transition a satisfying experience. This department manages the functions of the City Secretary's Office, Utility Billing, Municipal Court, Planning and Development, and Finance/Human Resources.
