The City of Pilot Point offers a Citizen Self Service Portal in addition to payment by mail, drop box, and in person at our billing office.

***ATTENTION: PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH THE ONLINE PORTAL WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE: 

 " The reporting of this transaction to the Merchant has timed out. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.  This transaction has been approved.  It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service."

Online Payment Portal (click here)


Our Citizen Self Service Portal website allows you to make one-time payments with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Go to our Citizen Self Service Portal to view and pay your bill  by clicking on the word "Online" above .  To pay online you will need the following information:

  • Your pin number located on the top portion of your bill
  • Your Utility Account Number and amount due (Contact 940-686-2165 if you do not have this information).
  • There will be a 3% convenience fee added to your total.

If you choose the credit card recurring method; once your card date expires, you will have to manually re-enter. The system will not automatically update this information for you and late fees will not be waived for expired credit cards 

Automatic Account Debit

Sign up for automated Bill Payment by completing a Bank Draft Form (PDF) or stop by City Hall.

Dropbox / In Person

A payment drop box is located, for your convenience, on the West side of City Hall.

We accept cash, personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders and most major debit and credit cards.
