The following divisions comprise the Finance Administration Department:

Responsibilities

The Financial Services Department manages and accounts for the City’s financial resources. The department is responsible for:

  • Investing city funds and protect assets
  • Providing City Council with Monthly Finance Reports
  • Maintaining fiscal liquidity
  • Maximizing income in compliance with all governing financial and accounts laws
  • Preparing and monitoring the Annual Budget Report

In addition, the department provides daily financial operations for the City, such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, debt administration and financial reporting.
