Waste Connections will be removing their carts on service days. If you will be unable to set out carts on your last Waste Connections service day, set them out when you can and contact utility billing through email, ub@cityofpilotpoint.org and we will let Waste Connections know that your receptacle is out for removal.

Recycle can be bagged and stored until your Rhino cart (Black cart with Green Lid - RECYCLE ONLY sticker) arrives or you may place recycling in your green Waste Connections cart to be sent to the landfill.
Trash will be recovered from Waste Connections on 10/25 and 10/26, new Rhino cart (Black cart with Black Lid) will be delivered 10/27/2021.
As of 10/28/2021 Waste Connections has informed us that they are still in town recovering trash and removing toters. Please be patient and leave your receptacles at the curb. If it is after November 1st please email ub@cityofpilotpoint.org and we will forward the email to Waste Connections.

You won’t need to do anything. The first wave of deliveries will sweep the entire city placing one of each cart. Rhino will make a second sweep delivering additional trash carts to the homes that already have that service charge on their account. IF you have not received your additional cart by November 1, 2021, please call City Hall (940) 686-2165 to report the missing cart.
You will need to submit a request for an additional cart after November 1, 2021. This will let us know that you are aware there is an additional fee, and you consent to the charges.

You won’t need to do anything. Each Residential home will receive one recycle container for weekly recycle service.

No. If brush is not tied and bundled the resident will be given a green tag with an explanation, but the brush will not be collected.
The primary contact on the account must submit a Request Additional Toter Form to Utility Billing.
If it is after 11/01/2021 and you still don’t have carts, please contact City Hall at (940)686-2165 and report your missing containers. Rhino Removal will have the cart delivered within 24 hours.
