Shea Dane-Patterson


Term: May 2019

Shea Dane Patterson is a 1988 graduate of Pilot Point High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Texas State University in 1992. 

Shea has lived in Pilot Point all of her life.  She is a single mom of two children, Jake and Emma Grace. Shea and her children have strong family ties to the community and surrounding areas. She and her children are multi-generational residents of Pilot Point.

Ms. Dane-Patterson is currently working as the General Manager of Tri-Tex Cabinets, a family business located in Pilot Point. In 2017 Tri-Tex celebrated 50 years in business. 

Shea has served on the Pilot Point Educational Foundation Board, Denton Arts and Jazz Festival Executive Board, Library Board plus various school and community committees. Her primary goal as Mayor is to develop a master growth plan for the city and to promote community involvement.

Whitney Delcourt is a native Texan.  She  was born in Dallas and grew up in Richardson.  She has been married to David Delcourt for 28 years and they share their home with 3 rescue dogs.  Whitney has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising from Texas Tech University.


Whitney is a Broker Associate with Eastoria Real Estate, Inc.  She also holds a Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS) awarded only to Nationwide Top Producing Real Estate Professionals.  She is Active in the local, state and nation Real Estate Community through CCAR, NAR and TAR.  She has been a resident of Pilot Point for 10 years.  Whitney is involved in both business and community endeavors.  She currently serves as a Board Member of the Pilot Point Economic Development Corporation and the City Library.  She is an involved member of Lake Ray Roberts Rotary,  Pilot Point Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with All American Dogs.


Whitney has recently been honored by the Chamber as Pilot Point as the 2017 "Citizen of the Year" .


Whitney calls her community and volunteer work a labor of love for Pilot Point!

Jim Porter's roots run deep in Pilot Point.  He is a fifth generation Pilot Pointer on his father’s side and fourth generation on his mother’s. 

Mr. Porter has have been married to Stephanie Pennington Porter for 45 years. They are the parents of two sons:  Reid and Colin.  Reid is married to Ellen and they are parents of our four grandchildren.

Mr. Porter is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Yale University Divinity School, and Boston University School of Theology.  After thirty-eight years, He retired from the ministry in the United Methodist Church.

They are members of the Pilot Point First United Methodist Church, where they sing in the choir and lead an adult class.  

Mr. Porter also serves on the Pilot Point Economic Development Corporation which is active in bringing business to Pilot Point and enhancing our community for business and economic growth. 

It gives him great pleasure to serve Pilot Point as we prepare for the growth that is coming our way.

Elisa Carrasco

Elisa was born and raised in El Paso, TX and moved to North Texas in 2006. She is married to Terry Rumbo and they live in a small ranch in Pilot Point with their daughter.

She is proud to be one of the founding members of the committee that started Bonnie and Clyde days in Pilot Point and has served on the Planning and Zoning committee and on the RUDAT committee.  She is actively involved in the community, her church and is launching a nonprofit to encourage faith in all walks of life.

She is passionate about serving people, appreciating diversity and leading with authenticity.  She hopes to influence participation in our community from all walks of life

CJ Hilliard is a native to the Pilot Point area, having been raised a few miles north in Tioga, Texas. She began volunteering for the Pilot Point Fire Department in February 2007, where she still serves as a volunteer member. In 2008, CJ purchased her first home in Pilot Point and has remained a resident of the city ever since.

CJ is a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Denton, with an Associates of Applied Science in Fire Services Administration. In addition to her full-time position with the City of Denton and volunteering for the Pilot Point Fire Department, CJ serves as a mentor to students of Fred Moore High School. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Science for the University of North Texas concentrating in Health Promotion, Emergency Management, and Public Administration.
